This results in a bright fruity aroma, a medium body texture that provides a pleasant mouthfeel and a lighter coffee experience with delicate flavors.
This roast is particularly well-suited for pour-over, drip coffee and French press brewing using a medium ground. When finely ground for Espresso and Moka pot brewing this roast will enhances its natural acidity and intensifies all aromatic qualities.
